Exchange & Returns

If the ordered shoes do not fit or meet your taste, you have the possibility to return them within 14 days and replace them with another product, or to receive a refund. The refund will be implemented through the same way your payment has done.

We will cover the return shipping costs for deliveries to Germany. Please contact us by email contact@noah-shop.com and we will send you a DPD return label.

For other countries, return shipping costs are at the buyer's expenses. In case of an exchange, the second expedition is on our charge. Please direct the return shipment to the following address: NOAH Italian Vegan Shoes, Michelriether Str. 16, 97839 Esselbach - Kredenbach, Germany. 

There is an option to purchase a return label from NOAH (usually postal, UPS in the US), which is somewhat lower priced due to our contract terms. Please contact us if you need this service: contact@noah-shop.com

Please return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging together with the completed return & exchange form. Alternatively, you can enclose a copy of the invoice.

If a refund is issued and the value of the products kept is less than the free delivery amount, the shipping costs will not be refunded or deducted from the refund amount.

Products that have been worn, altered or damaged after delivery will not be accepted. We will also not accept returns without or with damaged original packaging.

NOTE FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU: Please ensure the package is clearly marked as a return in the customs declaration, otherwise unnecessary customs charges will be incurred, which NOAH cannot bear.
